Derived from the principles of the "shatzu", conducted in water at 37°. The body is gently supported whilst floating, thus creating a deep sensation of weightlessness and relaxation.
In an alternation of varying motion, a sort of harmonic dance is created where stretching is followed by massaging. Receiving a Watsu massage amplifies ones senses placing body & mind in a state of peaceful harmony, allowing one to silence the distractions of our stressful lives.
